Wayde and Lee went on the trap run Friday with Casey. No fish in the Schooner trap. Water was up and conditions are good, just need some fish.
We went from The Schooner trap to the Siletz trap along the Siletz river to Siletz then up to the trap.
35 Steelhead in the trap with the following break down:
WILD HATCHERY
1 m 2 f 11 m 21 f
3 of the fish were tagged and had been at the trap before. 5 fish had broken lines attached and it looked like poor knots were the reason for not landing the fish.
The only game seen was 1 grouse at the Siletz cable structure.
Left at 8am and back in town at 2 pm. No rain.
